MYD Samoa is the largest commercial shipyard and yacht repair facility in the South Pacific with a 3,000 ton Crandall Railway that can drydock vessels up to 360 feet. MYD’s 150 man work force includes a 30 man welding crew with an average work experience of 25 years. Services include an electrical department, machine shop, paint and carpentry divisions, along with a commercial diving operation. MYD attracts vessels from as far away as Australia, China and the West Coast of the United States.
